Cancellation Policy

  • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment, this deposit is credited towards your treatment cost. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, but we kindly request that you provide us with a 48-hour notice if you cannot keep your appointment. You will lose your full deposit if you fail to show up or cancel your appointment within 48 hours. This is to ensure that our staff's time and effort are respected.

  • Late arrivals will only receive the remainder of their scheduled sessions. If you arrive 10 minutes past your appointment time, we may ask you to reschedule your appointment, given that your service provider may not have enough time to provide that service. A portion of the non refundable deposit will be acquired.
